InnerRhythms Policies

What is your Monthly Tuition?
Tuition payments are calculated on a 38 week Season, September-June and divided into 10 equal monthly payments. Tuition rates are paid by automatic bank account debit or credit card. Tuition will be debited from your bank account on the first day of each month (September – June) or charged to your credit card the first day of each month. All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement from InnerRhythms, Inc.

Auto-debit from bank account and credit card payments are only required for regular auto-charge recurring monthly tuition fees. Incidental fees including year-end performance tickets, Showcase participation fee, costumes, private lessons, competition/convention fees, and RhythmWear may be paid by cash, check or credit card.

What is the Registration Fee?
A non-refundable fee of $35 per family is required annually at time of registration for all students to cover our administration costs.

What about Year-End Showcase and Costume Fees?
All classes will perform in the annual InnerRhythms Year-End Showcase held each June. A $25 participation fee may be charged along with costume fees as applicable. ** Performing in the show is optional but notice MUST be given by March 1st to avoid associated performance fees

What is your Withdrawals and Refunds Policy?
Withdrawal forms must be submitted in writing, and completed by the 20th of the month to discontinue auto withdrawal on the 1st. Withdrawal must be done at the office and NOT with the teacher. No withdrawals will be accepted after April 1 due to class rehearsals for the Showcase.

To withdraw from classes a parent or adult student must:
1. Inform studio administration in person, and
2. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the studio office.
InnerRhythms reserves the right to terminate classes to any student without notice. In such a case a refund for prepaid unused classes will be given.

Do You offer a Photo Release?
The studio is hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brochures, web sites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the studio creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the studio to copyright such photographs in its name.

What is your Off-Premises Policy?
InnerRhythms shall not be responsible for injuries to or actions of students who are physically off of the Dance Centre premises either with or without the permission of their parent or legal guardian. Further, InnerRhythms shall not be responsible for monitoring whether or not a student has permission to leave the Centre after being dropped off and prior to commencement of their classes and/or rehearsals.

What is protocol for Missed Classes and Holiday Closures?
NO refunds or make-ups will be given for missed classes. No make-up classes are permitted. The Dance Centre will follow the Truckee Tahoe Unified School District calendar for most holiday closures. The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or is otherwise unable to teach class. If a teacher is ill and the studio cannot arrange a substitute, an additional class will be scheduled at a later date to replace the missed class.

What if there is a school Snow Day?
InnerRhythms follows the TTUSD protocol. If school calls a snow day then the studio will also be closed. If the studio must cancel classes outside of the TTUSD protocol due to extreme weather or events beyond our control such as power outages, notice of closure will be posted on our Website and Facebook pages and a text will be sent to parents. No refunds for classes missed due to these reasons can be given; however students are welcome to make up snow day classes by trying any class that is age and level appropriate!

What is the Dress Code for class?
