
Beginning Triple Threat

Musical Theater is a true American born art form and it is AWESOME. Students will learn to sing, dance, and act; a real triple threat! They will do numbers from shows and build a repertoire of Musical Theater knowledge to last a lifetime.
Beginning Acting
Tuesdays from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM
Teacher: John Paul Rivard
This class is for all performers age 7-10 years, and will work on performance and improvisational skills. This class will explore things such as stage presence, communicating simple and complex emotions, working as an ensemble, and character creation and expression. Performers will also begin to learn improvisational techniques through various movement and theater exercises. All students should wear clothing that they can comfortably move in, as well as either socks or bare feet. Hair should be pulled back and out of the face. Performers are also highly encouraged to bring a notebook to class each week.
Tech Theater (10+)
Tuesday from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM
Teacher: Daniel Sturtevant
Technical Theater employs the fundamentals of lighting and sound to get a backstage look at the performance you don’t see; the tech crew. Through this course students will learn how to run audio boards, and create lighting shows using InnerRhythms newly refurbished “Black Box” performance space. There will opportunities to run InnerRhythms shows under supervision for anyone interested. Ages 10-Adult
Intermediate Triple Threat
Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Intermediate/Advanced Acting
Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

This class is for advanced performers with at least 2 years of acting training, and will work on performance and improvisational skills. This class will explore things such as stage presence, communicating simple and complex emotions, working as an ensemble, and character creation and expression. Performers will also begin to learn improvisational techniques through various movement and theater exercises.
