At InnerRhythms, our emphasis is on teaching technique from the earliest stages. From our Intro to Ballet class through our advanced classes, dancers learn the technique, concepts and language of Ballet. As they advance, students combine their technical strength and stamina with elegance, musicality and beauty of movement. Ballet is the foundation of all disciplines of dance and is recommended if taking Jazz, Modern, or Contemporary.
