InnerWellness Program at InnerRhythms
Our InnerWellness program features dance-adjacent classes that focus on the supportive needs of dancers: cardio, nutrition, mental health, and more. Our current line up features cardio dance classes Aflow, an afrobeats class on Wednesday mornings, and U-Jam, a hip-hop cardio class on Friday evenings.
