Meet Our New Executive Director

Sarah Fay Takes The Lead for 2022 and Beyond

Inner Rhythms is thrilled to announce our new Executive Director, Sarah Fay. Sarah has been involved with Inner Rhythms since 2010 and has been a permanent resident of Truckee since 2008. She brings a wealth of experience that will be instrumental in shaping the vision of Inner Rhythms for the next decade and beyond.

Since 2017, Sarah has served on the IR Board of Directors. She brings a sense of fun and creativity to this role alongside a strong business skillset. As the owner/founder of DesignBar Interior Design and DesignBar Home Furnishings, Sarah has built both companies into thriving businesses. DesignBar was recently named to Mountain Living’s 2022 Top Mountain Designers List.

Sarah has been instrumental in pioneering new programs for IR to expand its reach to a wider audience of young dancers. She also believes strongly in building relationships with local organizations to encourage community support for IR’s offerings. With the help of IR’s talented dance instructors who share a passion for embracing each individual’s unique talent for dance and movement, Sarah is setting the course for IR to continue to grow and blossom.

The IR Board of Directors feels extremely grateful that we have someone who knows the Truckee community and brings such a depth of experience to this important role.
