Cris Hennessey

Cris Hennessey is one of our dance studio parents! She and her family live in Kings Beach, and she currently serves on the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District. She and her husband of 27 years moved to Lake Tahoe in 1995 and own Hennessey Heating & Air. She loves to travel and does so often. Cris also enjoys hiking, and last summer started on the Tahoe Rim Trail. She will be completing that goal this summer, if the snow ever melts.

Ravn Whitington

Ravn Whitington is a dedicated member of Truckee’s professional and service communities. He is a shareholder in Porter Simon law firm and practices in all areas of civil litigation. He serves as Professional Advisor to the Board of Directors of the Truckee Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Rotary International, and acts as emcee and auctioneer for many local charities and non-profits – including for InnerRhythms at the 2018 Rotary Crab Feed. Ravn and his wife, Kimberly, are the proud parents of an exuberant young daughter, and enjoy skiing, mountain biking, and the occasional evening dancing. Chelsea Walterscheid

Chelsea Walterscheid is a life-long Truckeeite with a proven track record of community engagement. Her professional experience runs the gamut from small business development and retail advocacy to event management. She is a proud mother of two teenagers and a team member for the Sierra Small Business Development Center, hosted by Sierra Business Council. She is locally renowned as a Truckee historian and well-known as an engaging storyteller. Sasha Severance

Born and raised in Incline Village, Sasha Severance is the Assistant Manager and beer tender at the Alibi Ale Works Truckee Public House. She graduated from Sierra Nevada College with a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Outdoor Adventure Leadership. Toni Standteiner

Anton “Toni” Standteiner was born and raised in Squaw Valley where his father was the director of the ski program for over 25 years. He grew up on the slopes with an accordion in his heart. He learned his first dance moves listening to Austrian folk music. He then went on to study international dance techniques like French disco and so on while traveling the world with the US Ski Team. Toni perfected his Western swing while skiing for the University of Colorado at Boulder. Eduardo Diaz De Leon is a newish member of the Truckee Community. He is a transplant from Mexico via Vancouver. Having lived here for three years, he is the chef and owner of the soon-to-be-open Truckee Food Shop. He is married to Niels Hooper and lives in Tahoe-Donner with his two dogs, Luca and Sierra.
